Setting Up eCW Users to Credit Card Machine at each location

Follow the instructions below on how to set your user profile to connect to the Credit Card Machine for your location for eCW;

Note: 
  1. KCC Lawrenceville was used as an example here. Set your location accordingly.
  2. You need to do this each time you go to another location to work. You always have to change these settings. It is tied to your user profile.
You need to set the following:
1. The Default Appointment Facility to KCC Lawrenceville
2. Primary service location to: KCC Lawrenceville
3. Select the providers for that location.


Then, you need to save it by clicking "ok". And sign out of eCW for the settings to take effect.

Then, sign back into eCW, go to the user settings again. Make sure you check that the location you selected earlier is now the default location.
Select "Defaults" on the left side.
Tick the "EMV" radio button and use the drop-down button to select the POS machine for that location.
The POS for the location you selected will appear
