HOW TO LOGIN TO GAIA
Using your personal computer,
into your browser to get to the login screen.

This is only for windows computers
Using the company's computer,
- There should already be a Gaia icon on your computer. If not, you can still use the link above.
- Click on Icon for Gaia on your desktop
- You will be prompted to login using a domain\username
-Type in : gaiahosting\dcc______ (add the facility you are in here).
For example for DCC Elgin: gaiahosting\dccelgin
Enter your Gaia location Password.

Note:
- Reach out to your clinical Manager or IT for the Gaia password for your location.
- Each location has different password. It's no longer the same password for all location.
- Click sign in.
Next screen shows “Current folder”, click on the DCC icon
• Click the Downloaded file.
• Click on Connect button.
You will be prompted for a username and password a second time.
-Type in: gaiahosting\dcc______ (add the facility you are in here).
For example for DCC Elgin: gaiahosting\dccelgin
Enter your password a second time.

Note:
- Reach out to your clinical Manager or IT for the Gaia password for your location.
- Each location has different password. It's no longer the same password for all location.
- If everything is good, you will be connected to Gaia remote desktop. Wait for it to load completely. You will see an earth icon (See picture below) on the desktop of Gaia remote desktop.
• In the next screen, click on the earth icon
Logging into Gaia for the first time:
For your first login, click new user
• The next screen will ask you your username. This was emailed to you upon your hire.
It’s the first initial of your first name with your last name. Example: Erica Fakegaia, username would be efakegaia
• Select where to send one-time code, then click continue
• Enter code number, click continue
• Set your new password, click ok
You should be directly logged in. If not, enter your username and password
To reset your password:
- Click on the forgot password link and follow the instruction above (logging into Gaia for the first time).
